Refunds.

Refunds will not be given for late arrival of and item. Once we have shipped an item it is out of our control and into the control of the postal service. All our shipping times are guidelines and should be treated as such. For this reason we recommend ordering as soon as possible if you need something for a certain date. Don't forget we are based in Brisbane, Australia.

If you have not received an item internationally please wait 21 business days before contacting us about it. Some things, especially outside of the USA, can take this long to arrive on occasion. 

If you need to send something back to us for refund. We will not cover the cost of postage back to us. We will not refund until we receive item back.

 

COVID-19

Deliveries, especially internationally are going to be delayed because of this. Potentially heavily delayed. Keep this in mind.
